About Us
Although 2005 was the inaugural year for Oneida Belgians, we have owned dogs (Siberians and Belgians) since 1989, and have been fully engaged in many aspects of the dog world.
Inspired by the ethics of our mentors, Linda and Rory Friedow (Tervuren of Anduin), we are committed to breeding selectively and sparingly, with our ultimate goals being the welfare and betterment of our breed.
Sandy’s early retirement affords her ample time to care for, train, condition and compete with our dogs, as well as provide excellent enrichment of our litters.

Peter’s consulting business finds him working at home for extended periods of time.
Our dogs are valued members of our busy, social household, which is located in a large urban centre in Ontario, Canada.
We benefit from easy access to outstanding veterinary care, at the clinic level and at the Ontario Veterinary College, nationally recognized training and conditioning facilities. and the support and input of knowledgeable puppy evaluators.
All of these factors help us to produce well-socialized, healthy puppies that will be thoughtfully matched with the lifestyles, dreams and goals of prospective buyers.
We are members in good standing of:
CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB (1989 to present)
AMERICAN BELGIAN TERVUREN CLUB (1994 to present) – Sandy serving on the 2007 and 2008 National Specialty Committees.
